  git clone https://token:dc_sk_xxx@git.deepcalc.com/workbooks/<workbook-id>

One commit = one commit unit. Branches are real refs, merges are real merge
commits. cells/ is the blame lane, axes/ the order lane, .csv is generated.
Pushing turns your commits into deepcalc ops and runs them through the merge
policy engine — never git's line merge. See the cloned README.md.
